MicroMécanique performs ultra-high-precision machining, manufacturing parts and tools with micron-level precision. The meticulous and highly skilled staff at MicroMécanique are able to cater to all kinds of specific engineering needs requiring the utmost ultimate precision.
These machining operations for infinitely small and ultra-precise parts and tools are performed using any kind of technical material, from specialty plastics to very hard materials like tungsten carbide, certain industrial ceramics or materials difficult to machine such as copper-tungsten alloys.

An environment calibrated for high precision
MicroMécanique has clean, air-conditioned facilities to meet the micron-level tolerances of these machined parts. Such a high-precision manufacturing process cannot withstand excessive temperature variations. MicroMécanique has also invested in ten CNC machines, each of which is capable of machining mechanical parts with micron-level precision. Each piece produced is ultimately verified by a team of two quality controllers. Our capabilities and quality control experience mean we can offer customers tailored services and deliver the necessary inspection reports.
