Quality controls at every stage
Each production is inspected based on a predefined monitoring plan that meets our customers’ generally very high standards.
The quality department has conventional tools (profile projector, comparators, gauges, etc.), a ZEISS PRISMO coordinate measuring machine (with fixed VAST head, 0.90+L/350µm precision) to achieve the extreme precision that our customers require, and a MAHR contour measuring station.
To help drive its growth, MicroMécanique is strengthening its quality management and is committed to a continuous improvement process to meet future requirements now.
